Meditation and Cats
In this meditative class, we begin with gentle movement and breath awareness to help the mind begin to focus. After guiding the mind to relaxation, we will move to a sitting position for guided breath awareness. As your mind becomes even quieter, enjoy a guided visualization on an object of nature. And as the class finisher, let go of all thoughts and worries in an active body relaxation and guided water visualization. The kitties will love it! Bring your mat, your water and catitude!
