For those of you who are unable to adopt, or already have a house filled with kitties, you can still care for the health and well-being of a new cat. The Hermitage has over 50 permanent residents who probably will not get adopted into “forever homes” due to prolonged illness or behavioral issues. These cats will live out their lives at The Hermitage in need of daily food, litter, care, and in many cases, medical attention and medication This is your opportunity to sponsor one of these cats and “take care of them”.

 

You may choose a cat or allow us to select one for you. Payment can be made annually , biannually or monthly. You can mail a check to the shelter, pay with a credit or debit card via Donate Now on this web site or make arrangements with your bank for automatic monthly payments.

Just think, it costs just $ .66 cents per day to save a life.

Regular sponsorship: $240.00/year per cat.
Payment options:
  • $240 – annually
  • $120 – biannually
  • $20 - monthly

Corporate sponsorship: $500/year per cat.

In addition to regular updates, you will receive the following:
  • Certificate with photo of your sponsored cat to display at your business.
  • Ad space in our two newsletters mailed out to our supporters.
  • Button links on our website and on side bar of our weekly email blasts.

In return for your sponsorship, your cat will send you a photo and periodic updates to let you know how she/he is doing. You are also welcome to visit your cat at the shelter during regular business hours, 10am-4pm any day but Wednesday. Please let us know if it is important to you to sponsor a cat who likes to be handled or if you just want to help a cat in need and we will assist you in choosing a kitty that is right for you. If you want to see your cat in “person” when choosing, remember The Hermitage has hundreds of cats who need your help.
