We need your help!
Last week a cat was brought in to our vet, Valley Animal Hospital. Her owners couldn't pay for the care she needed so she was turned over the Hermitage. She had been giving birth when she was viciously attacked by a dog. He broke her back leg and savaged her belly. Once she finished giving birth to 2 kittens she ran away and couldn't be found for 2 days. When she came in to Valley she had a bad infection in her abdominal wound and her leg was worthless. The 2 kittens she risked her life to deliver didn't make it. The doctors at Valley performed 2 surgeries to close her abdominal wound and amputate her back leg. She's currently in foster care recovering and learning to walk on 3 legs. Her foster named her "Molly Brown". Her surgeries cost about $2500.00, with a busy kitten season this will be hard for us to pay for, please help us to cover Molly Brown's care.
