Please complete the form in its entirety. Our Intake Coordinator will contact you after reviewing the application(s). This process may take a few days and we appreciate your patience. If you need more immediate placement, please try Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). There is an intake fee of $330 per cat or a $100 fee for a litter of kittens. The intake fee includes a temperament test, an exam, and a SNAP (FIV and FELV) test. *As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, The Hermitage runs entirely on charitable gifts. Your intake fee helps cover the care (food, litter, toys, meds, etc.) of the cat you surrender.  Please fill out a separate form for each cat. One form may be used for a litter of kittens. If we are unable to take in your cat(s), we will be able to provide you with other resource information.
